At United In Style, every purchase helps support someone in need through our Buy One = Donate One mission. We want you to shop with confidence while remaining transparent about how returns affect our ability to give back.
1. Return Eligibility (30 Days)
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must have original tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required
Items returned outside of this window or not meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Promotional or giveaway items
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use
- Standalone donations (donations made without a product purchase)
3. How to Start a Return
To request a return:
- Email support@unitedinstyle.org
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond with return instructions
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- United In Style is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
6. Donation Transparency
Because each purchase supports our Buy One = Donate One initiative:
- The donation connected to your order will still be honored, even if a refund is issued
- Donations are not reversible and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit
This ensures continued support for individuals in need while maintaining fairness for customers.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item or size, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped.
Once shipped, the order must follow the return process outlined above.
